It sounds like when you originally logged in, for some reason Facebook didn't record you login credentials correctly so now it can't log you in when it tries to.
To fix this, when you are on the main screen (the one with the banner near the top that says 'Circles+ for Facebook' and has 3 circles side by side below the banner), press the 'Change User' button in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. This will log you out of Facebook and delete the credentials that Facebook saved for Circles+ (which seem to have been saved incorrectly). It will automatically prompt you to login again. Make sure to accept the permissions that are requested after you enter your credentials and select to login.
This should fix the issue but if for some reason it doesn't then please let me know and I will give you more ways to fix the issue.
The next thing to try would be to just delete the app off of your device and download it again.
If that doesn't work, then perhaps deleting the app from your Facebook account will fix it, and then when you open the app it will try to reinstall it on Facebook as well.
Here is how you would delete it from your Facebook account: 1) Login to Facebook using a computer 2) In the top right corner of the screen should be your name, the word "home", and then to the right of that should be an arrow pointing down. Press the arrow. 3) The arrow should open a drop down menu. Select "Account Settings" from this menu. 4) In account settings there should be options on the Left hand side such as General, Security, Notifications, Apps, Mobile, etc... Select "Apps" from this list. 5) Now a list of Apps should appear. You should see "Circles+ iPhone App" on the list. Far to the right of the name should be an "x". Select this and it will ask if you want to remove the app. Say that you want to remove it. 6) Now open Circles+ on your device and hopefully it will work fine.
Will you consider making a change in the Kiddie Phone app? It would be most helpful if once the picture was tapped, it called the number immediately. My kids can't navigate the step in the middle v
I struggled with this issue when I made the app because of the way that the iPhone interface works. There are two ways that I can allow a user to make a call:
1) The user touches the picture and is immediately taken to the phone app where they make the call - This seems like the best scenario, however, after the child makes the call and hangs up, they are left sitting in the phone app (rather than being returned to Kiddie Phone) where they can do whatever they want. To me, this is a big issue seeing as the whole idea behind the app is to give the child a safe way to access the phone without actually getting into the phone app.
2) Show the child a prompt, where they must press Call or Cancel. I hate the fact that an extra step is added here, but by accessing the phone app in this way, when the child hangs up the call, they will be returned to Kiddie Phone rather than being left in the Phone app.
It may sounds like I am making this all up because I am being lazy, but these really are the two scenarios available for opening the phone app from within another app.
Here is a post on Stack Overflow where someone asks about how to make calls and you can see that the answers all mention requiring a prompt: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/5028329/ios-4-2-return-to-app-after-phone-call
Keeps asking me to sign I and then disappears
